Terms and Conditions

1. Placing an Order

To place an order with Roundway Supplements:

1. Find your desired product(s) on our website.

2. Select the quantity or size, and click ‘Add to Cart’.

3. When you are ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon.

4. Enter your billing and shipping information.

5. Click ‘Place Order’.

6. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

If we are unable to process your order, you will be notified by email with further information.

Please ensure all order details are correct before submission, as we may not be able to make changes once the order has been placed.

1.1 Order Acceptance and Right to Cancel

TG Nutrition Limited reserves the right to reject or cancel any order made on the Roundway Supplements website. We may not accept your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock
  • Your billing information is unverifiable or incorrect
  • The order appears to be fraudulent
  • We do not deliver to the specified address
  • There are errors in pricing, product descriptions, or website content

1.2 Data Verification

Before shipping your order, we may carry out checks on the details you provide, such as verifying your email and payment information. Orders suspected of fraud will be investigated and may be cancelled.

1.3 User-Generated Content

You are fully responsible for any content you share with us (including emails, uploads, reviews, and feedback). By submitting such content, you grant TG Nutrition Limited a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content for business purposes.

You confirm that you have the legal rights to the content you submit and agree not to upload or share content that:

  • Is illegal, abusive, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy
  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Has been provided by or in exchange with a third party for compensation
  • Violates any other applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. We may also terminate user accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.

1.4 Requesting Deletion of User Content

To request removal of your user-generated content, please contact us at info@roundwaysupplements.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Username or screen name (if applicable)
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Reason for the deletion request
  • Dates or titles of content you wish to remove (if known)

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your request. We may not be able to fulfill your request if the information provided is incomplete.

2. Prices and Currency

Shipping costs are applied per order and depend on your delivery country and the size or weight of the items. At present, VAT is not charged on our products but may be introduced in the future if applicable.

  • Google Pay

2.1 Price Variations

Prices may vary across regions or platforms. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.

2.2 Price Changes

TG Nutrition Limited reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Orders placed before a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the new price.
