Refund Policy

Returns

If you receive faulty goods or are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition they were shipped in, including our product tag.

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment it is placed until 14 days after receiving your goods. If your order includes multiple items, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item. Once cancellation is confirmed, you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the returned items have been received at our offices in acceptable condition.
