Terms and Conditions
1. Placing an Order
- Find your chosen product(s) on the Roundway Supplements website.
- Select the quantity or size required and click ‘Add to Cart’.
- When ready, go to the checkout via the shopping cart icon.
- Enter your billing and shipping details.
- Click ‘Place Order’.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
If we’re unable to process your order, you will receive an email notification. Please ensure your order details are correct before submission, as changes may not be possible after processing.
1.1 Order Acceptance
TG Nutrition Limited reserves the right to reject or cancel any order placed through the Roundway Supplements website for the following reasons:
- Product unavailable or out of stock
- Unverifiable or incorrect billing details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery address not serviceable
- Pricing, typographical, or content errors on the website
1.2 Data Checks
Before shipping, we may verify your email address and payment details. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity will be investigated.
1.3 User Content
You are responsible for any content you share via our website (emails, reviews, uploads, etc.). By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content for marketing, development, and other business purposes.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or refuse content that breaches these terms.
1.4 Deletion of User Content
To request deletion of your shared content, email us at info@roundwaysupplements.com. Include your name, screen name (if applicable), email address, reason for deletion, and the relevant posting date(s). Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
2. Prices and Currency
Shipping rates are applied per order based on delivery location and parcel weight. Prices include VAT (where applicable) and may be subject to change. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
2.1 Price Variations
Prices may vary across locations due to exchange rates.
2.2 Price Changes
TG Nutrition Limited may change product prices without notice. Orders placed before a price change will not be adjusted.
3. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are dispatched from the UK. We aim for same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed later will be shipped the next business day.
We are not responsible for delays due to events outside our control, such as:
- Strikes
- Customs delays
- Natural disasters
- Weather disruptions
- Terrorist activity or emergencies
Free delivery applies to orders over £24.99 and is sent via second-class service (UK delivery in 2–5 working days, international may vary).
Customs Information
International orders may incur additional duties or taxes, which are not included in the purchase price. The carrier will notify you of any extra charges. If you refuse to pay these charges, the item will be returned, and a refund issued minus shipping and handling fees.
We are legally required to declare the full value of items for customs purposes and cannot adjust this information.
4. Returns and Cancellations
If your item is faulty or you are not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition with the product tag attached.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the returned goods have been received.

4.1 Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order from the moment it's placed up to 14 days after receiving your item(s). For multiple items, the 14-day period starts from the final delivery date.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) after notifying us of cancellation.
5. Discount Codes
Only one discount code may be used per order. TG Nutrition Limited reserves the right to cancel codes at any time. All codes are subject to availability.

All content and materials on this website are the property of TG Nutrition Limited and are protected under global copyright laws.
