Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is TG Nutrition ("we", "us", "our"), 14 Bewley Crescent, Lacock, SN15 2PL, United Kingdom. Company number 14987823.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Roundway Supplements, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Entry is limited to one per person; multiple survey submissions from the same person will only count as one entry.
3. How to enter
To enter, complete the Roundway Supplements survey in full at /pages/glp1 and provide a valid email address. Entries must be submitted between 7 September 2026 and 23:59 on 24 September 2026. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. The prize
One winner will receive a £500 Hotels.com gift voucher. The prize is as stated, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
5. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place on or shortly after 25 September 2026, and the winner will be announced via email on that date.
6. Notification
The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
7. Data use
Information collected via the survey will be used to inform product development and, where consented to, for marketing communications. Entrants' data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
8. General
We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend, or postpone the prize draw, at any time, for reasons outside our control. Our decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Hotels.com.
9. Governing law
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
